“The journalist, who works for Kiss FM in Abuja, said she’s forgiven Mikel Obi after the assault,
according to team media officer Ben Alaiya.”
This incident comes just days after former media officer of the Super Eagles Colin Udoh, alleged
that the Chelsea player also assaulted him on a plane back from Sudan, where the Eagles were
beaten 1-0.
According to him, Mikel unleashed a “vitriolic assault” on a “former captain of the team” and had a
“few choice words” for other squad members.
